Thanks for coming to the Best Damn Tech Show, Period live taping! We had a blast. If you're ever in Philadelphia you MUST come to the studio for an interview and a beer. Adam Plante (our co-host) will be happy to cook up some of his signature meals for you to sample. Keep cooking!

She funny. She won't say cock!

Looks delicious. I want some. I made schnitzel for dinner, I don't think it was as good as that.

Hello!
I really like watching your videos. You need to make them more often!

Anyway, rather than breaking the rib bones to get the chicken to lie flat, you can snip the breastbone.

Regards.

Thanks for the comments guys! I turned off my moderate comments, so now they will just appear on the site. So annoying, didn't know I'd turned it on.

Great.
She wasn't happy about the cock thing at all, was she??
And I agree with Mr(s) Anonymous. You should do them more often.

Well...not everyone wants to say "Cock!" I don't think it's such a big deal, but everyone has there own standards.

They use an old washing machine to spin the blood out of a dead chicken in my wife's village...

Grace Piper said...

Nathan, If only I had access to such a washing machine. That would be gold internet video!

Does anyone know what the name of the french song played at the end of Parisian Pigeon episode is called? Sounds great even though it was just a small sound byte of it.

You looked so genuinely suprised about how good it tasted... :)

And I love the way you meet your food.

Nice tip on the garlic - didn't know that about the green bits.

You should set up a separate entry for this on your blogger home page - at the moment it's showing under the Spatchcocking post because of the Show Player - or just have a single post page with a Show Player and comments.

A friend told me recently how he was sitting in his car with his son outside a hair salon, waiting for his wife, and they were idly watching a sweet old woman throwing bits of bread to pigeons on a patch of grass. Suddenly she bent down, grabbed a pigeon, stuffed it into her bag and hobbled off as fast as she could.

I'm still stuck on the chicken spanking.
