How about challenging me to cook something your afraid of?

I am totally with you on the tears midway through a meal prep, especially when company is coming and the main dish isn't even close to ready. Thank God for strong cocktails, expensive cheeses, crackers and olives. I always make sure I have these in when company is coming for stalling purposes.Grace Piperhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04135446943357264402noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-28212941.post-1151281031851294472006-06-25T20:17:00.000-04:002006-06-25T20:17:00.000-04:00Wow. I am one of those people who DESPERATELY wants to be able to cook, but often finds herself in tears midway through a meal prep. I also buy cookbooks and read them cover to cover, in the hopes that maybe somehow my desire to learn will transfer to amazing talents in the kitchen.

So, its nice to see that even an experienced home chef gets scared once in a while! Thanks! :)Laurahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17939610644447792269noreply@blogger.com
